The Federation of Unions of South Africa (FEDUSA) will be meeting with French President Nicolas Sarkozy on 13 December 2010 to discuss the G20 countries’ response to the global economic crisis.  This meeting will be following meetings with the Trade Union Advisory Committee (TUAC) to the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) which take place on the 13th and 14th.

TUAC will be hosting its 125th Plenary Session in Paris, France on the 14th of this month, which will be preceded by a meeting of the OECD Liaison Committee and said consultation session with the French President.  The meeting with President Sarkozy will centre on consultations with G20 trade union leaders on the global economic recovery, following the recent meeting in Seoul, South Korea.  The next G20 meeting is planned to take place in Paris, France.
