The Training & Education Committee (TEC) deals with all matters pertaining to training and education in the Federation and in the country.  The TEC is chaired by Mr Eddie de Klerk (UTATU Deputy General Secretary), vice-chaired by Prof Pierre van Niekerk (SAPTU Deputy President) and the secretariat function is performed by the Training & Development Officer.
