Formal notification is hereby given for the call to submit nominations to attend the FEDUSA Constituency Capacity Building and Advocacy Training session as per the schedule below, which is in line with the FEDUSA funding agreement with the NSF Programme .

Applications will be dealt with on equity and first – come – first – serve basis. Please note that this training is a full 2 days training and applicants must commit to attend the full duration. When arranging time off , participants should take note of the training time that must not be utilised for operation matters of their respective organisation, but should focus on building capacity of our members. Day 1 of starts from 08h30 to 16h30 and Day 2 commences from 08h30 to 16h00.
Your attention is drawn to the following conditions:
Ø When submitting nominations please consider up candidates who reside in the area training will be conducted
Ø Also,please consider up to 50% to consist of female and youth affiliate representatives.
Ø Please when nominating participants, please consider that they reside in the area where training will be held as there will be no provision made for accommodation.
Ø In terms of the project budget allocations, the conference fee and training material is funded by the federation and limited local travel claims for expenditure will be allowed. Travel Claims are capped at a maximum of R3.00 per kilometre per delegate to a maximum of R400 using own vehicle and R100 per day for public transport and any claim exceeding this amount will NOT be considered;
NB: CLAIMS WILL ONLY BE PAID TO PARTICIPANTS RESPECTIVE TRADE UNION TO PAY THE PARTICIPANTS THAT ATTENDED.
NO CASH WILL BE PAID ON SITE please inform the delegates prior to attending.
Ø NO provision will be made for breakfast, accommodation or flights for participants due to budget constraints.

Application forms must be accompanied with the following documents:
1) A copy of Identification Document (ID book) ;
2) The application form makes provision for the GS/CEO/GM of each affiliate to sign off the form.
