FEDUSA aims to provide training and education opportunities to its Affiliates on a regular basis. While many of these projects are funded by external organisations, FEDUSA also provides in-house workshops and conferences every year.
All FEDUSA's training and education activities are considered and planned by the Training and Education Committee (TEC).
The FEDUSA Training & Education Committee (TEC) is a constitutional structure and all affiliates are represented. The TEC has quarterly meetings to discuss all matters relating to training and education, both in the Federation and in the Country.
Please contact Dawn Le Roux at FEDUSA Head Office for more information on the TEC and its activities.
The most recent training project launched by FEDUSA is the Skills Development in SA project which is funded by the National Skills Fund (NSF) and will comprise 31 workshops in all nine provinces. The project kicked off with a Train-the-Trainer workshop held on the 28th and 29th of August 2008 at the Protea Parktonian Hotel in Braamfontein, Johannesburg
