FEDUSA, in partnership with Sanlam
invites all members of FEDUSA-affiliated unions to register for the Financial Wellness Programme. This programme will be delivered virtually, and each session will run for approximately 90 minutes.

Research indicates that many South Africans have not been adequately exposed to the basic principles of personal financial planning.
This programme therefore aims to equip participants with practical knowledge and tools to make informed financial decisions.
The content is designed to benefit ALL members at all levels, including general workers, administrators, and management.

2. Wills and Taxes Objectives:
- Understanding the importance of having a Will
- Disadvantages of not having a Will
- Importance of keeping your Will updated
- Wills and tax considerations
- Wills and estate planning

3. How Financially Fit Are You?
Objectives:

Understanding the basics of creating a budget - Using a practical budgeting tool
- Establishing financial priorities
- Saving for short-term goals
- Understanding your personal financial portfolio

4. Wealth Protection Objectives:- Understanding wealth protection
- Fundamentals of estate planning
- Benefits of estate planning
- Understanding risk benefits
- Protection of your income

Programme Offering

Upon completion of all four modules, participants will:
- Receive a Certificate of Attendance
- Be offered the drafting of a Will by Sanlam
- Trust at NO COST
- Receive assistance with drafting a comprehensive estate plan
