Social Justice Committee (SCJ)

Is an active constitutional structure of the Federation and is actively engaged in dealing with socio-developmental issues. The SJC stands for freedom, dignity, and equality in the workplace. For the development of men and women in South Africa – for transparency, fair labour practices and upward mobility for all.

The benefits to serve on the committee :
a) To participate in all the Social Justice and Gender structure of the federation
b) To represent and participate in international and national structures on behalf of the federation
c) Have a voice on all the federation’s social and gender ills
d) To be nominated to attend training at ILO, Solidarity etc.
e) To attend conferences and seminars on social issues like gender, HIV/AIDS and
child labour etc.
